In the current environment I would not recommend investing in a Massage Envy franchise.

The franchise model is solid. Communication from corporate is good.

Corporate does not listen to Franchisees struggling. They just blame struggling clinics on poor management. Forgetting that they could be bankrupting franchisees.

The shortage of LMTs in regions is not fake news and it is hurting operators. Not all struggling franchise locations are because of mismanagement.
