This is a very competitive space, with a lot of changes going on. Marketing is hard, maintaining profitability tricky, and operating this business is complex. Corp office provides really nothing to resolve these problems.

I feel the corporate office are rent collectors. They provide no real value add for the 9% of gross revenue they collect.
