The franchise was helpful in the first couple of years while setting up, as the initial content and lessons provided a good starting point. However, once I became familiar with the system, the material quickly felt repetitive and outdated. Support from HQ was nearly non-existent.

After having this number of years as an international owner, i get zero support local specific. and the curriculum updates are not regular, often enough.

The monthly royalty fees are difficult to justify, as the curriculum and content are not updated regularly. There is little evidence of content innovation, and no real adaptation to local needs or market conditions, which makes the high ongoing fees feel unreasonable.
