Overall I appreciate my autonomy but I would like to see more photography support and more exposure for smaller guides/cities.

The brand is beautiful and I appreciate the autonomy I have to oversee what works best in my location.

I feel like leadership is too focused on growing the brand to new cities and prepping it for sale than supporting the current franchisees. There is also inconsistency in how the franchise fee is applied, smaller cities/areas should have a reduced fee compared to large cities with millions of people.

We have a beautiful product with collective bargaining power. Corporate should be more involved in seeking opportunities nationally that support the cities locally.
