We can still win by applying technology wisely and cancelling every oriduxt and service we would not joyfully re-launch again. MedSpas will dominate the skin care market for immediate and significant results… facials, not so much.

Too many products and services dilute the brand and dilute our focus from what makes the massage membership model work.
Imagine creating the competitor that crushes Massage Envy. What would be its employee brand that makes it the preferred employer? What would make it the preferred destination for massage and memberships? What is the most potent membership offering, and how do we best retain our members?
