Basically communication needs improvement, amongst all parks and Corp.

Friendship and comroddiery with other owners. Ability to learn from other owners. The KOA name and advertising.

At times I feel like the corporate office doesn't listen to some of us. That smaller parks or parks that don't generate larger revenue streams don't have the same voice as larger more profitable parks.

Stop trying to always add new stuff to our operating platform. Listen to the franchise complaints and fix what is broken and update things the parks ask for. We don't always need the software to be bigger and better, we need it to work.
