Very disappointed with the Franchisor. If we knew this prior to investing, we would have never proceeded.

Like the CEO...that's about it...

There is no corporate assistance for franchisee's losing money. They get their franchise fees every month while the Franchisee loses money. There is not evidence that they care at all. They only care about selling Franchises but don't care or help after you get there.

They could be involved with Franchisee's and provide their professional guidance and expertise. They are absent and they 100% Fail in this regard. They have "Consultants" who fail to consult. The Franchisee is all out there on their own. Sad deal.
