There is so much potential here, but the CEO is not fit for leadership. The assembled team adds little value. The National Marketing Fund is a black hole.

The brand image is clean and modern. The name is very marketable.

The franchisee support is dismal. The franchisor team is disconnected from what it takes to run a successful store. They do not look out for franchisee costs. They gaslight and manipulate numbers.

Listen to franchisees. Hire qualified personnel. Learn to implement changes effectively. Finish a single project. Put personnel in stores to LEARN. Stop being ego-driven and narcissistic.
