Great owner network, but poor support from the home office.

The owners network is amazing to be able to call other owners and get feedback.

We call our royalty check our alimony check as we get little support from the home office. We are told how they will communicate with us instead of meeting us where we communicate. It is like they have one standard that we should treat our customers, but they do it the easiest way for them.

When you open to have a list of suppliers for you to call in your area, make sure they communicate with you on how you like, have one solid system for all of us and not fragmented system where half are running one system and the other half running a different system. Have processes and procedures and SOPs for all areas of the business.
