I think Mr Rooter corporate is not a very competent. They need to place the right people in the right positions. Decisions are made without asking the franchisees. Changes are made when it is too late.

I like the brand name and that is nationwide.

Ask your franchisees before make any changes. Corporate is not paying for wraps, or marketing. Hire the proper FBC, not just bodies.
