It's a great Franchise and a family environment. Technology needs to be more advanced in some ways and more help in growth. It is a solid 8 franchise.

They let me run my office how I know best.

They do not check in with older offices as often as I think they should. It's like if the wheel is not broken, they do not bother. Never see or hear from unless I call or it's something negative happening. Which is hardly ever.

Being more involved in helping the older offices grow. They seem more concerned about opening new ones and not helping the existing survive.
