Consolidation of distribution -poor product selection -terrible packaging and back orders constantly Giant Shipping fees fir home health care Ship short dated merch Poor representation from support rep -Account manager with non present higher manager is absent and unproductive -their only representation is ignorant of business etiquette

Show up -knowledges errors and accept customer input and make changes Get upper Managment customer feedback And find resolution -stop catering to big bud stores Giant eagle left you
