If you adopt a solution, it may not be well thought through and planned and there will likely be a replacement vendor within 2-3 years. We have no documented policies and procedures that individual franchises can adopt and modify as needed. The benefit of a franchise should be not having to invent the wheel yourself on so many things but that seems to be too common.
