The franchise system has significant weaknesses: faulty software, lack of automation, poor pricing, and inadequate support. Many partners have left, recruitment and retention are stagnant, and reactive management pressures partners, weakening the system.

I value flexibility in approach and the opportunity for networking among franchise partners.

What I don’t like is that the system has not evolved as promised, and many actions and statements do not match, often hidden behind the franchise agreement.

The current authoritative management style and focus on external image over internal stability weaken competitiveness and partner engagement. A clear, collaborative approach with transparency, modern process management, fair partner involvement, and a focus on economic performance would stabilize the network and foster growth.
