The value we provide small business owners/leaders by bringing them together to learn and grow is continuous/evergreen and creates strong loyalty

I spend more time and money on our annual meetings and annual retreats to ensure the excellence in outside thought leadership our members deserve/expect. I would prefer to have more assistance from the franchisor on these elements of membership.

Create an effective/reliable lead generation engine to not only fill spots in existing groups, but create a sustainable growth engine for new franchisees and new Forum groups.
