Having options for clients.

The rater does not work in LA but we have just reecived an increase in our technology fee.

Certainly feel as if corporate does a good job at communicating with us with news however I would appreciate more effort in getting more carriers in our challenging Louisiana Market. There is a lot I learn from other insurance agents regarding this matter istead of from corporate. I dont like that we have had an increase in our technology fees but our rater does not work properly in LA.
