Corporate owners are and never have been operators, nobody on their side has EVER run one of these, much less STARTED ONE UP. They are clueless and take people's money with no operational skill available at the franchisor level. They basically intend to get us (as successful operators) in the room with their new operators and have US TRAIN THEIR new location'S operators.... all while pimping for new plant locations. Sales of these products are HARD TO DO, manufacturing is HARD to do, INSTALLATION IS HARD TO DO, TRUCKING IS HARD, CRANING IS HARD.
