Concept has initiated growth initiative that works.
Territory restriction issues & a franchise agreement that doesn’t promote franchise growth. There is a ol boy network & still a lot of nepotism in the company. Still a lot of Dwyer influence in the company. Too much. 100% dislike the cross branding between concepts.
