Menu – Expanded menu constantly offering new food innovation. Support Training - Cicis offers a comprehensive training program at our Support Center in Dallas, Texas. The course includes both classroom and in-store training at one of our corporate restaurants. Typically, the training program is 5 weeks for an experienced operator but may require additional training in a restaurant in your market. Real Estate - You will work with a local real estate broker to identify the best site for your new restaurant. We typically look for a 3,200 – 4,000 + square foot highly visible retail restaurant space, located in trade areas offering a strong combination of residential and daytime populations, retail presence and complementary quick-serve restaurants. A space with the option for a drive thru window is also recommended. Construction - Our construction department assists in managing the buildout process from start to finish. We will assist you in selecting approved general contractors and architects that will ensure that your Cicis restaurant is built to brand standards. Operations - Cicis provides dedicated ongoing support. As a franchisee, you’re assigned a Franchise Business Consultant who is readily available to tend to your needs through ongoing operational and business counseling. Marketing - We support you in developing year-round marketing and media plans for new products and key sales initiatives. From product innovation testing to digital support and in-house creative, your needs are kept a priority. A dedicated Field Marketing Specialist is available to provide counseling when needed.
