As a solo- searcher, I have spent the last 9 months searching for an opportunity to buy a business or provide equity capital to an experienced operator. With a rich tapestry of experience spanning over two decades in the dynamic world of hospitality, I have honed my expertise in operations and development finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and revenue management. This journey has involved leading transformative strategies for esteemed establishments such as Morgans Hotel Group, Nobu Hospitality and Hyatt Hotels Corporation. An approach centered on translating intricate financial and operational data into actionable, results-driven strategies has been a hallmark of my professional career. Through the use of simple tools and automation, contributions to the success of numerous hospitality projects have ranged from feasibility studies, financial statement modeling to strategic acquisitions.
