He previously held the same position for 12 years at The Greene Turtle Sports Bar & Grille and while there, oversaw the casual dining brand’s expansion into several new states, growth to nearly 50 franchised and company-owned locations, and incorporation of multiple operational and menu changes to drive greater efficiency and profitability.
