Current Operator, Apr 17, 2024This is not the franchise I joined 17 years ago. I certainly would not do it today
Current Operator, Apr 10, 2024It's a good location with tons of profitability that gets utilized fairly well. However, too many sweetheart deals with locals makes for a disjointed environment where customers favor one associate over another. Onboarding is inaccessible and too fast-paced for everyone.
Current Operator, Apr 1, 2024I over all am happy with it. At the end of the day we re a busy store and it is profitable. I opened this location so this was not an existing store, so obviously the value of this asset has more than tripled. Be smart and do your demographic studies prior to picking location
Current Operator, Mar 27, 202420 years in the business, trying to sell for years and can't get it done. New "great" ideas by new officers destroying the franchise.
Current Operator, Mar 25, 2024A thirty thousand foot look shows a good opportunity if you are willing to put it all into focus up close.
